Hand-washing in cold water with gentle detergent is best. For machine wash, use a lingerie bag and the delicate cycle. Always air-dry—never use a dryer.
4. What’s the difference between a bralette and a bra?
Bralettes are typically wire-free and more relaxed. Bras have more structure and support, often with underwire or some type of padding. Each offers a different feel and fit.

8. How do I store lingerie to keep it in good condition?
Avoid cramming. Use drawer organizers or a dedicated lingerie chest. Stack bras flat (not folded in half) and keep sets together to prevent tangling or stretching.
9. What are your shipping details?
We offer Free Shipping within the USA for orders of $95 or more. Delivery takes 2-5 business days. Orders below $95 has a flat fee of $5.95. For international shipping, we offer UPS which takes 5-10 business days. The flat rate for Canada is $25 and worldwide is $45. Items are shipped within 2 business days, most times within 24 hours.
10. What’s your return policy?
We accept eligible returns for a store credit within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be in original packaging, with tags on and not worn. Sale items are final sale. Shipping fees are not refundable.
