Items "Made to Order" are produced or prepared specifically when someone requests the item, so that the item can be customized as desired by the person who requested it. "Bespoke" are custom made items according to the specifications and exact measurements of an individual.
Global Priority Mail (5-10 business days) Canada: $30 for the first item and $5 each additional item. All other countries: $40 for the first item and $5 each additional item.
International Orders Once the package leaves the Post Office, you should received it within 5-10 business days, not including any time spent in customs in the U.S. or your country. International orders may incur customs fees. You are responsible for paying the customs and import duties if they apply. We cannot determine in advance what these charges will be. Please contact your local customs office to determine the customs costs. Orders may be delayed or cancelled due to security protocols including but not limited to the verification of: billing address, IP address, country, phone, BIN information, email address, and proxy. You will be informed of any problems we encounter.
Important: If for any reason, your package is returned to us, and you request to be shipped back to you again, you are responsible for the original and new shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges.

We gladly accept eligible returns for EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT. No credit card refunds will be issued. You are welcome to exchange or return an item(s) within 15 days of receipt.
Note: Items purchased between November 15th and December 24th may be returned until January 10th the following year. Valentine's purchases may be returned until February 25th.
Returns must be in their original packaging, with all tags on and not worn. Every item shipped is inspected by a staff member to ensure quality control. Please use care when trying on the garment for fit. Body creams, heavy perfume and jewelry can cause the garment to become soiled or damaged and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel with a crotch cannot be returned. Please select these items with extra care.
When exchanging an item (s), all shipping expenses are entirely your responsibility. Please make sure you pack the items well and use post with a tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for lost items.

How to return for an Exchange or Store Credit: Please e-mail us at email@example.com or call us Toll Free 1- 888-769-0761 (Monday-Friday 10AM-6PM) in order to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number and to let us if you are exchanging for a different size or for something else OR if you would like a Store Credit, which is valid for a full 1 year. Once we have issued your return authorization number, you may send the package back to us. Your Exchange will be sent or Store Credit will be issued immediately upon receival of your return. Please write the authorization number on the outside of your return package for faster processing.
