Occasionally we offer promotional codes to our customers. To use one of these codes, simply enter the code during the checkout process. If you place your order over the phone, please inform us that you have a code. Only one promotional code may be used per order.

International Orders Once the package leaves the Post Office, you should received it within 7-14 business days, not including any time spent in customs in the U.S. or your country. International orders may incur customs fees. You are responsible for paying the customs and import duties if they apply. We cannot determine in advance what these charges will be. Please contact your local customs office to determine the customs costs. Orders may be delayed or cancelled due to security protocols including but not limited to the verification of: billing address, IP address, country, phone, BIN information, email address, and proxy. You will be informed of any problems we encounter.
Important: If for any reason, your package is returned to us, and you request to be shipped back to you again, you are responsible for the original and new shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges.
When will my order be shipped?
All in stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days.
Some items are shipped directly from our distributors to you; in case you are ordering multiple items, you may receive them separately, but you only pay shipping once.
Once you have placed an order, you can ask for its status at email@example.com or if you have registered an account with us you can access the status on your account online. As soon as your order has been shipped, we will also send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with the tracking number to the e-mail address you provided.

We gladly accept eligible returns for a STORE CREDIT. No credit card refunds will be issued. No exchanges are offered at this time. You are welcome to return an item(s) within 30 days of receipt.
Returns must be in their original packaging, with all tags on and not worn. Every item shipped is inspected by a staff member to ensure quality control. Please use care when trying on the garment for fit. Body creams, heavy perfume and jewelry can cause the garment to become soiled or damaged and therefore cannot be returned.

As soon as we receive your return we'll process your Store Credit and e-mail you the code. Store Credit is valid for a full 1 year.
