What are my payment options?
Bella Bella Boutique accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, E-check, and Paypal. Your account will be charged once your order has been shipped.
Can I place an order by phone?
Yes, you can. Shop normally online, add your items to the shopping bag and at checkout, you can call us Toll Free 1- 888-769-0761 with your credit card, billing and shipping address details.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes, shopping at Bella Bella Boutique is safe. Our secure server software encrypts information, ensuring that Internet transactions stay private and protected. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, considered the gold standard in Internet encryption technology, to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us. How my order is shipped?
We respect your privacy. Your order is shipped discreet in USPS/UPS/Fedex boxes, envelopes, or just in plain brown boxes.
Is gift wrapping available?
We offer 2 (two) options:
- Gift Kit (Do It Yourself) $5 - Includes our Signature Black Gift Bag with Logo Embossed in Gold, Tissue Paper, Signature Gift Seal, and Gift Card.
- Gift Message Only (Complimentary) - Message Printed on the Gift Receipt.
Where can I enter a promotional code?
Occasionally we offer promotional codes to our customers. To use one of these codes, simply enter the code during the checkout process. If you place your order over the phone, please inform us that you have a code. Only one promotional code may be used per order.
How Do I Modify My Order?
Last-minute changes to unshipped orders are sometimes possible. These changes will require assistance from Client Services. Please e-mail us as soon as you can at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
What does "Made to Order and Bespoke" mean?
Items "Made to Order" are produced or prepared specifically when someone requests the item, so that the item can be customized as desired by the person who requested it. "Bespoke" are custom made items according to the specifications and exact measurements of an individual.

Shipping & Returns
How much do you charge for shipping?
Standard Mail (2-5 business days)

Global Priority Mail (5-10 business days)
Canada: $30 for the first item and $5 each additional item.
All other countries: $40 for the first item and $5 each additional item.
Once the package leaves the Post Office, you should received it within 5-10 business days, not including any time spent in customs in the U.S. or your country. International orders may incur customs fees. You are responsible for paying the customs and import duties if they apply. We cannot determine in advance what these charges will be. Please contact your local customs office to determine the customs costs. Orders may be delayed or cancelled due to security protocols including but not limited to the verification of: billing address, IP address, country, phone, BIN information, email address, and proxy. You will be informed of any problems we encounter.
Important: If for any reason, your package is returned to us, and you request to be shipped back to you again, you are responsible for the original and new shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges.
When will my order be shipped?
- All in stock items are shipped within 2 business days.
- All Made to Order and Bespoke items will show production and delivery time within item description.
- Some items are shipped directly from our distributors to you; in case you are ordering multiple items, you may receive them separately, but you only pay shipping once.
Where Is My Order?
Once you have placed an order, you can ask for its status at email@example.com or if you have registered an account with us you can access the status on your account online. As soon as your order has been shipped, we will also send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with the tracking number to the e-mail address you provided.

What's your Return Policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Bella Bella Boutique.
We gladly accept eligible returns for EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT. No credit card refunds will be issued. You are welcome to exchange or return an item(s) within 15 days of receipt.
Note: Items purchased between November 15th and December 24th may be returned until January 10th the following year. Valentine's purchases may be returned until February 25th.
Returns must be in their original packaging, with all tags on and not worn. Every item shipped is inspected by a staff member to ensure quality control. Please use care when trying on the garment for fit. Body creams, heavy perfume and jewelry can cause the garment to become soiled or damaged and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel with a crotch cannot be returned. Please select these items with extra care.
When exchanging an item (s), all shipping expenses are entirely your responsibility. Please make sure you pack the items well and use post with a tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for lost items.

How to return for an Exchange or Store Credit:
Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us Toll Free 1- 888-769-0761 (Monday-Friday 10AM-6PM) in order to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number and to let us if you are exchanging for a different size or for something else OR if you would like a Store Credit, which is valid for a full 1 year. Once we have issued your return authorization number, you may send the package back to us. Your Exchange will be sent or Store Credit will be issued immediately upon receival of your return. Please write the authorization number on the outside of your return package for faster processing.
