International Orders
Once the package leaves the Post Office, you should received it within 7-10 business days, not including any time spent in customs in the U.S. or your country. International orders may incur customs fees. You are responsible for paying the customs and import duties if they apply. We cannot determine in advance what these charges will be. Please contact your local customs office to determine the customs costs. Orders may be delayed or cancelled due to security protocols including but not limited to the verification of: billing address, IP address, country, phone, BIN information, email address, and proxy. You will be informed of any problems we encounter.
Important: If for any reason, your package is returned to us, and you request to be shipped back to you again, you are responsible for the original and new shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges.

- Made to Order and Bespoke items will show estimated shipping time with the item description.
- Some items are shipped directly from our distributors to you; in case you are ordering multiple items, you may receive them separately, but you only pay shipping once.
