If for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will be glad to do an exchange, replacement, or a full refund within 7 days of arrival of your items. Returns must be in their original packaging, with all tags on and not worn. By law, intimate apparel like panties is not returnable. All shipping expenses are entirely your responsibility. Please make sure you pack the items well and use certified or insured mail, as we cannot be responsible for lost items. If you are returning a gift item, please provide us with the name and address of the gift-giver to refund the credit card used by the purchaser.
All sales items are final sale and no returns will be accepted.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Gift wrapping service is not refundable.
International orders are not refundable.

We will send you an-email to notify you that your return has been processed and your account has been credited. You should expect the credit in your account within 10 days after it has been processed.
If you are exchanging or replacing an item, we will send the new item to you at no additional cost. This does not apply to international orders.
