How Do I Find An Item?
You can search for items on bellabellaboutique.com in the following ways:

  • By department and category, listed on the left-hand side of the screen ("Lingerie Room", "Bath & Body", "Music", etc).
  • By brand, listed on the left-hand side of the screen.
  • By entering a keyword in the "Search Boutique" box found on the left-hand side of the screen. This will take you directly to any specific product information page.

What does "Made to Order" mean?
Items "made to order" mean it will take an additional 7 days for arrival.

What are my payment options?
Bella Bella Boutique accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, E-check, and Paypal. Your account will be charged once your order has been shipped.

Can I place an order by phone or by fax?
Yes, you can. Shop normally online, add your items to the shopping bag and at checkout, you can call us at 305-407-8759 or print the page and fax it to us at 305-394-6135.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes, shopping at Bella Bella Boutique is safe. Our secure server software encrypts information, ensuring that Internet transactions stay private and protected. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, considered the gold standard in Internet encryption technology, to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us.

What are my privacy rights?

Is gift wrapping available?
With lingerie and products these beautiful, surely the packaging should be too! Our chic gift-wrapping service is the icing on the cake - a great looking gift with no effort on your part.

At Bella Bella Boutique, we treat every purchase as a special event. Even if your order is not being given as a gift, most items are shipped to you carefully wrapped in delicate elegance tissue scented with lavender and placed inside our signature bag free of charge. If you prefer the gift in a box and wrapped with luxurious gift paper, the service fee is $6. You just need to check the gift box option and enter a gift message in the checkout area.

For gift packaged orders, we do not include a receipt in the box, but we do include a packing slip (prices are omitted) as a gift receipt in case your gift recipient would like to exchange something.

Where can I enter a coupon or promotional code?
Occasionally we offer coupon or promotional codes to our VIP members. To use one of these codes, please enter the code on the "Payment" page of our checkout process. If you place your order over the phone, please inform us that you have a code. Only one coupon code may be used per order.

How Do I Modify My Order?
Last-minute changes to unshipped orders are sometimes possible. These changes will require assistance from Client Services. Please e-mail us as soon as you can at orders@bellabellaboutique.com .

Shipping & Returns

How much do you charge for shipping?
To keep the shipping charges low to you, Bella Bella Boutique uses the United Postal Service (USPS). The advantages are:

  • Priority Mail Service at no extra cost to you.
  • Cost-effective, reliable, and fast.
  • Saturday deliveries.
  • Deliveries to P.O. Box and Military addresses.
  • Delivery Confirmation.

Note: Occasionally it can take an additional 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped, in case we have to order an item/size that it’s not in stock at the time of your order.

International Shipping  

Global Priority Mail (5-10 business days)
Canada : $20 for the first item and $5 each additional item.
All other countries: $30 for the first item and $5 each additional item.

International Orders
Once the package leaves our store, you should received it within 5-10 business days, not including any time spent in customs in the U.S. or your country. International orders may incur customs fees. You are responsible for paying the customs and import duties. We cannot determine in advance what these charges will be. Please contact your local customs office to determine the customs costs. Orders may be delayed or cancelled due to security protocols including but not limited to the verification of: billing address, ip address, country, phone, BIN information, email address, and proxy.

Important: If for any reason, your package is returned to us, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges.

When will my order be shipped?
All in stock items are shipped within 24 hours, occasionally it can take an additional 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped, in case we have to order an item/size that it’s not in stock at the time of your order. Items that are special order or made to order, they are shipped within 7-10 business days.

Where Is My Order?
Once you have placed an order, you can ask for its status at orders@bellabellaboutique.com . Orders are grouped into one of two categories: 1) shipped or 2) unshipped/partially shipped (for made to order items). We will send you an order confirmation e-mail once your order has been received and you have provided us with a valid e-mail address. As soon as your order has been shipped, we will also send you a shipping confirmation e-mail. For international orders a tracking number will also be provided.

Does Bella Bella Boutique accept international orders?
Yes! We love our international customers! Please go to the Shipping page for rates and details.

How Do I Return Or Exchange An Item?
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Bella Bella Boutique.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will be glad to do an exchange, replacement, or a full refund within 10 days of arrival of your items. Returns must be in their original packaging, with all tags on and not worn. By law, intimate apparel like panties is not returnable. All shipping expenses are entirely your responsibility. Please make sure you pack the items well and use certified or insured mail, as we cannot be responsible for lost items. If you are returning a gift item, please provide us with the name and address of the gift-giver to refund the credit card used by the purchaser.

All sales items are final sale and no returns will be accepted.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Gift wrapping service is not refundable.
International orders are not refundable.

To request a return/refund or an exchange, please call us at 305-407-8759 or e-mail us at: orders@bellabellaboutique.com with your order number.

We will send you an-email to notify you that your return has been processed and your account has been credited. You should expect the credit in your account within 7 days after it has been processed.

If you are exchanging or replacing an item, we will send the new item to you at no additional cost. This does not apply to international orders.
