How much do you charge for shipping?
To keep the shipping charges low to you, Bella Bella Boutique uses the United Postal Service (USPS). The advantages are:

International Shipping
Global Priority Mail (5-10 business days)
Canada : $20 for the first item and $5 each additional item.
All other countries: $30 for the first item and $5 each additional item.
International Orders
Once the package leaves our store, you should received it within 5-10 business days, not including any time spent in customs in the U.S. or your country.
International orders may incur customs fees. You are responsible for paying the customs and import duties. We cannot determine in advance what these charges will be. Please contact your local customs office to determine the customs costs. Orders may be delayed or cancelled due to security protocols including but not limited to the verification of: billing address, ip address, country, phone, BIN information, email address, and proxy.
Important: If for any reason, your package is returned to us, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges.
When will my order be shipped?
All in stock items are shipped within 24 hours, occasionally it can take an additional 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped, in case we have to order an item/size that it’s not in stock at the time of your order. Items that are special order or made to order, they are shipped within 7-10 business days.
Where Is My Order?
Once you have placed an order, you can ask for its status at orders@bellabellaboutique.com . Orders are grouped into one of two categories: 1) shipped or 2) unshipped/partially shipped (for made to order items). We will send you an order confirmation e-mail once your order has been received and you have provided us with a valid e-mail address. As soon as your order has been shipped, we will also send you a shipping confirmation e-mail. For international orders a tracking number will also be provided.

How Do I Return Or Exchange An Item?
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Bella Bella Boutique.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will be glad to do an exchange, replacement, or a full refund within 10 days of arrival of your items. Returns must be in their original packaging, with all tags on and not worn. By law, intimate apparel like panties is not returnable. All shipping expenses are entirely your responsibility. Please make sure you pack the items well and use certified or insured mail, as we cannot be responsible for lost items. If you are returning a gift item, please provide us with the name and address of the gift-giver to refund the credit card used by the purchaser.
All sales items are final sale and no returns will be accepted.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Gift wrapping service is not refundable.
International orders are not refundable.

We will send you an-email to notify you that your return has been processed and your account has been credited. You should expect the credit in your account within 7 days after it has been processed.
If you are exchanging or replacing an item, we will send the new item to you at no additional cost. This does not apply to international orders.
